Notebook story: Kabir (Zaheer Iqbal) fell upon the notebook where Firdous (Pranutan Bahl) has written her special moments. He falls in love with her without even knowing her and meeting her.
Notebook Review: Kabir an ex-army officer decides to join the school as a teacher. He has no professional training in teaching, and time gets really tough when he find it difficult to deal with the kids. He finds a notebook which belongs to previous teacher Firdous. And the diary open the story of firdous, where she has written some intimate moments of her.
Notebook is the incredible romance drama in the boat-house school in Kashmir. The story concept is unusual and new, but it fails to move beyond the plot of the story. The lead pair of the movie and the beauty of Kashmir looks really appealing to the eyes of the viewers. But the movie has no action, Kabir and Firdous has no seen together until the last scene. Hence chemistry is missing between the two.
The story is based on Thai Drama (2014). The Direction of the Film has done by Nitin Kakkar, cinematography by Manoj Kumar Khatoi starring Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl.
If you are looking for old romantic drama film it is good to watch. But in terms of story and creativity could have achieved more.
