What are the challenges in life?
Challenges are the part of our day to day life. Challenges are those what makes your life meaningful. Without them life becomes meaningless because you have nothing to compare your good or the best time to.

By facing challenges we got to know better version of ourselves. Facing challenges is the way to see ourselves what we are capable of. Facing those challenges give you lots of experiences which is much needed to live our lives. Every challenges teaches something new and giving lots of experiences. When we look back at those bad times or tough times, we can be proud of how we dealt with the challenges and remind ourselves that life does get better.
The greatest challenges of life is when we struggle to find love, security and assurance that life truly has a meaning. Sometimes, our fears, unhealthy behaviour and excessive emotional struggles bring down our thinking capacity, which makes us an able to cope up with our problems. In spite of that it increases our difficulties.
Surprisingly, all life challenges have direct connection in defining the purpose of our life. Many of us are unprepared for life’s challenges. We often find that during those time we break under its pressure. Sometimes we feel that the strains of life begins to threaten our patience and stability.

How to overcome challenges?
Life becomes very beautiful when you are surrounded with positive people. You’ll always focused more on achieving your dreams even in worst situation. Don’t give up, keep trying is the mantra to overcome tough times. Do something that pushes you towards your limits and beyond. Do not use the word depressed. Studies have shown that repeatedly using those kind of words relating to old age, will make you slower than those that were exposed to younger words.
Most of people keep asking questions like, “what’s wrong with me?” or “why can’t I do this?” If you ask questions like that, your brain will find an answer. Instead of this ask yourself question like, “what’s good about this situation?” and “How can I make this work?” This question will make you think and will shape you experiences of life.
Thinking positive and working hard is the key to success. Time management is necessary thing to do while talking about success. Some obstacles seems to beyond your control, so unsettling with fear that you have no idea that how to get through them. This experience maybe paired with some other emotional reaction.

No one can reaches the Mount Everest in a single day. Make a small chunks of your dreams. And shrink that intimidating mountain into the series of more achievable goals. Seeking advice and support from the experienced one is also the important component of overcoming challenges.
However, always remember that life will always through challenges your way, keep in mind that you always have options. If you failed for the first time never mind, but never end with giving up.
